Wireless stuck on validating identity

Also, since I was able to connect from my laptop with no problem, it led me to believe it was something wrong with my desktop.

After about 30 minutes of fiddling around with various settings, I was able to figure out what the problem was.

I had been able to connect previously, but the connection would always indicate that it was validating.

However, it didnt work, until I disconnected, turned the power off my Wi Fi, unchecked the tab in the authenticate dialog box, clicked ok, then switched the Wi Fi power back on, and reconnected.

I added the AP as a client with and have tried using both RADIUS Standard and Cisco as the RADIUS type. Now click on the Wireless Networks tab and select the network in the list at the bottom.Click on Properties once you select the wireless network that is having problems.I configured the IAS policy to grant access to Domain Computers, Authentication is set to PEAP and uses a private cert issued by our CA, the other profile settings are all default. The client settings on the laptop match the IAS settings and the certificate is definately installed.
